⭐ HOUSE OF NOOR — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains or scents, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⭐ Return Shipping Fees

U.S. Customers

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: A $6.95 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Store Credit: Free — no return fee.
  • Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for U.S. customers via store credit. Return your item at no cost, and we'll issue full store credit to use toward your new order. 

International Customers

  • A flat return shipping fee ($10–$25 USD) will be deducted from refunds, depending on the country.

⭐ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

⭐ Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
